It was a modern take on the ninja genre of film. Set in America, a team of assassins set out to kill people etc etc. A nice love story hidden while there are some excellent displays of martial arts and weapon skills. Your classic film, good guy wins. Bad guys dies and no real main characters die apart from the evil one. The film builds up to a stand off between the good guy and the leader of the evil assassin ultimately ending with the good guy winning after a close fight.
