Forgetting Sarah Marshall

This is a story about someone trying to get over the split from his girlfriend of 5 years. Instead of going away on a nice holiday he runs into her at the hotel. This shows how over a week your world can change based on the people you meet. A sub story is how you will be happy in life if you do something you love.

Very funny film with a lovely message about loneliness and how doing something you love will always help you.

I Am Legend

This is effectively one man and his dog for 50 minutes, then the dog must be put down. To keep the story for dying out he meets some new people then dies. Normal zombie film. Most people die. Our hero dies but not before he saves the day.

The most inspirational film I have seen in years. A definite film to watch before you die.

Awake

This was a harrowing take on a real fear. What if you woke during major surgery but completely paralysed? Not only is he aware of his surroundings, his surgeon is attempting to kill him. It is a heart pounding thriller that shows the extent people will go to to save themselves and the ones they love.
